·概述General Survey

ZLYJ系列塑料單螺桿擠出機(jī)齒輪箱是我公司引進(jìn)的硬齒面技術(shù)研制的擠出機(jī)齒輪箱。十年來，廣泛配套于高中檔塑料、橡膠化纖擠出機(jī)，出口國外行銷國內(nèi),該系列齒輪箱具有如下特點(diǎn):
1、整機(jī)外形美觀大方，立臥兩用，適應(yīng)多種安裝要求。
2、齒輪參數(shù)，箱體結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)計(jì)算機(jī)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì);齒輪采用低碳合金鋼，經(jīng)滲碳、淬火、磨齒、齒部精度6級(jí)，齒面硬度在54~62HRC之間;齒輪副運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，噪聲低，傳動(dòng)效率高。
3、安裝接口的徑跳、端跳精度可方便地和機(jī)筒螺桿聯(lián)接。

4、輸出軸的支承結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)樹一幟，可延長所用軸承的壽命。
5、軸承、油封、潤滑油泵等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件均選用國內(nèi)品牌廠家的產(chǎn)品，也可以按用戶需要，選用進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。

ZLYJ Series Gearboxes for Single Screw Extruder are a kind of special gearboxes researched and developed byimportind the  advanced tchnologoyo of the hard tet-surfa in the world. For recent ten years, they are widely usedintop and middle grade plastic, rubber and chemical fiber extruders, sell well in the county and are exported abroad.With ahigher reputation in the industry, it has features as flows:
1. The whole machine looks beautiful and liberal, and can be used both vertically and horizontally. It can suit multiplerequirement of assembling.
2. The gear data and box structure are optimally designed by the computer. The gears are made of top grade low carbon alloy steel with Grade 6 precision of teeth atter carbon penetrating, quench and teeth grinding. The hardnessof the teeth surface is 54.62 HRC. The gear pair has stable running, low noisy and has high driving ficiency.
3. The assembling connector  can be easily connected with screw rod of the machine barrel.

4. The bearing structure of the output shat has a unique style, which can efetively prolong service ife of the bearings.

5. All standard parts such as bearing, oil seal, lubricant oil pump etc. are all top quality products selected from domestic famous manufacturers. They can be also selected trom impoted products as per requirement of customer.

·適用范圍Applicable Range

1、本系列產(chǎn)品可用于螺桿直徑30~250mm單螺桿擠出機(jī)的減速傳動(dòng)。

2、齒輪箱的輸入轉(zhuǎn)速-般不大于1500r /min。
3、傳動(dòng)比在6.3~20之間，優(yōu)先選用表中所列傳動(dòng)比，也可按用戶需要調(diào)整傳動(dòng)比。

4、工作環(huán)境溫度為- 10℃~45℃.環(huán)境溫度低于0℃時(shí)，啟動(dòng)前潤滑油應(yīng)預(yù)熱。

4.The temperature in work enionmentis-10℃- 45℃should be preheated before starting. When emperature is ower than0℃ the lbriant oil should be preheated before starting.

·安裝使用和維護(hù) Assebling,Aplication and Maintenance

1、起吊齒輪箱時(shí)，應(yīng)使用吊環(huán)螺釘。
2、齒輪箱運(yùn)輸、存放時(shí)應(yīng)注意防潮。到貨后如半年內(nèi)不安裝，應(yīng)對外露的加工面重新涂防銹油。
3、齒輪箱安裝的底座要平整,并且有強(qiáng)度和剛性,在地腳螺栓均勻緊固的情況下，應(yīng)確定輸出軸中的螺桿能無卡滯地均勻回轉(zhuǎn)。聯(lián)軸器的安裝誤差應(yīng)不超過其允許的偏差值,以免引起附加力,縮短軸承壽命。
4、齒輪箱在交貨前均經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)檢驗(yàn)，各項(xiàng)指際符合要求，交貨后可以直接投入使用。使用前應(yīng)注入中壓齒輪油N220至油標(biāo)上限(采用循環(huán)油潤滑用N150).如齒輪箱附帶列管式油冷卻器則須在加油后，空車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一段時(shí)間后，再次加油至油標(biāo)上限。
5、帶有電機(jī)油泵的齒輪箱，在加載前，應(yīng)先開啟電機(jī)油泵，空車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一段時(shí)間，以利各潤滑點(diǎn)的充分潤滑。6、齒輪箱在運(yùn)行300小時(shí)后換油，以后每運(yùn)行3000~4000小時(shí)換油一次，每次換油的間隔時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過18個(gè)月。換油時(shí)應(yīng)先清洗箱體、濾油器、空氣濾清器、放油螺塞。
1. When liting the gearbox, the ring screw should be used.
2. Take care to prevent moisture when the gearbox is in transportation or storage. If do not assemble in half a year after it is arrived, the exposure surface should be coated with antrust oil.
3. The base to assemble the gearbox should be plain with enough strength and igidit. Under circumstance the anchor bolts are evenly tightened, it should ensure that the screw rod inserted into the output shaft should be rotated freely without blockage. The assembling error of the coupler should do not excess its alwedtolerance so as to avoid from added force and to prolong the life of the bearings.
4. The gearbox should pass through stict test rnning nspecton beiore they are dlivere Only a index arein acording to the rquirement, can they be put nto use drety ater divery. Belore apicainn it should befled with md-xteme pessre gear oil N220 up to the upper imit of the oil mank (N150 I iculation pump ubrication is used), If the reducer has pipe style oi cor then run the reducer under no-load for a shortperiodl of time ater oil is flede, then fll oil again up to the upper limit of the oil mark.
5. For the gearbox with motor oil pump,before adding load, it should switch on the oil pump of the motor to runthe geabox under noload for a shont period of tine so as o fcite ull lbricaionn of al ubicen ponis.
6. Replce oil when he geatbox is ialyl uning for 3000 hours, and change oil once for every 30 4000; tereter The maximum ineval between oil replacements should be no longer than 18 months.running hours When eplacingn, fist cleanbox body,oil fter, air fiter and oil discharge screw plug.
